2025-2026 Brookings Rangers Player Registration
Registration is OPEN! Registration deadline is July 20th, 2025, for Squirts and above. If you DO NOT register by July 20th, you WILL NOT be guaranteed a roster spot on a league level team. Late Fees begin July 21st ($200). Registration late fees will be included for returning players. Any new player to BISA will NOT have late fees added to their registration.

The Registration "2025-2026 Hockey Season Registration" is not currently available.

Brookings winter Classic TOURNAMENTS

- All tournaments will be held at the Larson Ice Center in Brookings, SD.
- Guaranteed 3 games most will be 4
- All games will be played under USA Hockey Rules as modified by SD Hockey.

Please complete USA Hockey Registration for coaching (if you have not completed it already), submit background check, and sign up for a CEP Online Course before meeting if needed. These classes fill up fast! The rest can be completed after, but these are high priority items to get completed based on availability and timeline.

Brookings Ice Skating Association (BISA)
The Brookings Ice Skating Association is a youth hockey program established entirely for the promotion of youth hockey in Brookings and the State of South Dakota. BISA is a volunteer program, governed by a local Board of Directors, working under the affiliation of South Dakota Amateur Hockey Association.
