- All tournaments will be held at the Larson Ice Center in Brookings, SD.
- Guaranteed 3 games most will be 4
- All games will be played under USA Hockey Rules as modified by SD Hockey.

2025-2026 Brookings Rangers Player Registration
Registration will open in June! Registration deadline is August 4th, 2025, for Squirts and above. If you DO NOT register by August 4th, you WILL NOT be guaranteed a roster spot on a league level team. Late Fees begin August 5th ($200). Registration late fees will be included for returning players. Any new player to BISA will NOT have late fees added to their registration.
** NOTE REGISTRATIONS MADE AFTER OCT. 1st WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT PLAN OPTION **
must be birth year 2021 to register (2021’s will only be skating 1 day per week)

Brookings Ice Skating Association (BISA)
The Brookings Ice Skating Association is a youth hockey program established entirely for the promotion of youth hockey in Brookings and the State of South Dakota. BISA is a volunteer program, governed by a local Board of Directors, working under the affiliation of South Dakota Amateur Hockey Association.
